CJC LAW ARE 2ND TO NONE!! If you want EXCELLENCE & your conveyancing done PROMPTLY, PROFESSIONALLY & EXPERTLY I highly recommend you engage CJC Law. I was buying & selling simultaneously and had bank & realtor issues that were the stuff of nightmares. If I didn't settle as planned I would have had to pay out my mortgage, would not have had enough to buy a new property with age precluding me from another loan. Oh and both myself & the seller pulled the contract from the incompetent realtor on the Fri before Mon settlement.
