Carol was hands down the best legal person and nicest human we have ever been fortunate to meet. We were selling our home and had purchased land, prior to selling (oops), and faced the scary proposition of losing our land and hefty deposit.Along comes Carol, recommend by our Real Estate Agent. When other Conveyancers said it was all too hard, Carol refused to give up, negotiating with the land Solicitors, who were playing hard ball, ensuring we never gave up on our dream block of land. CJC LAW ARE 2ND TO NONE!! If you want EXCELLENCE & your conveyancing done PROMPTLY, PROFESSIONALLY & EXPERTLY I highly recommend you engage CJC Law. I was buying & selling simultaneously and had bank & realtor issues that were the stuff of nightmares. If I didn't settle as planned I would have had to pay out my mortgage, would not have had enough to buy a new property with age precluding me from another loan. Oh and both myself & the seller pulled the contract from the incompetent realtor on the Fri before Mon settlement. Carol & her dedicated team came through, sorted everything - drafting new contracts; working long into after hours on the weekend and settlement occurred on the Monday. And now three months later she continues to act on my behalf finalising loose ends due to the seller's less than stellar conveyancer.
